On the submission of your property details and photographs you are saying that you are the rightful owner of the property and that the details submitted are true, accurate and not misleading in anyway.

UK Property Web's Responsibility

Although we will do our utmost to assist you in selling your property privately, it is not part of the services for UK Property Web to act as an Estate Agent or to carry out any functions other than to publish your property details with UK Property Web and our partner websites.

Customers are advised that whilst we ensure that UK Property Web website is running 24 hours, 365 days a year, from time to time interruptions to our online service can occur for technical reasons, due to faults beyond our control or for necessary maintenance. At such times we endeavour to act appropriately to ensure that the website is back running with a minimum loss of online time as possible.

Partner Websites
Option 2 and 3 Advertisers will have their property details and photographs submitted to our partner websites. Arrangement to publish on our partner websites is subject to alteration or cancellation without notice according to changes in service or costs imposed on us by those partner websites.

We will endeavour to forward your property details to our partner websites within 3 days. We do not have any control of the format in which your property details appear on partner websites and do not accept any financial or legal responsibility should there be a delay in publishing on these sites due to faults or maintenance issues affecting services beyond our control.

Property enquiries from partner websites come straight to UK Property Web. On receipt they will be forwarded onto the property owner immediately to enable the vendor to respond.

Advertisement Alterations
If you wish to change any details on your advertisement please request the changes by email quoting your property reference number. We endeavour to make the changes within 3 days of receiving your request.

For Sale Signs
UK Property Web's professional for sale sign is included with Option 3 or can be purchased individually. The sign is despatched via royal mail and should arrive within 5 working days. If after 5 days the sign has not arrived please notify us immediately to enable us to trace its whereabouts. For sale sign fixtures and fittings are not included e.g. post, fixings. Please note, according to planning regulations you are only allowed to display one property for sale sign outside your property.

Newspaper Advertisement
We will endeavour to forward a brief description of your property within 10 working days of receiving your details into the submitted chosen local newspaper. The advertisement will be made up of details extracted from the information submitted and will appear in the classified section under the appropriate category e.g. 'Property For Sale Privately'. There is a limit to the number of words used but this number will depend on the costs incurred to advertise or may be subject to the regulations made by the chosen newspaper. UK Property Web reserves the right to refuse to advertise with the chosen paper without giving a reason and is obliged to offer a full refund to the property owner for doing so.

Published Advice
Any advice published on the website is meant as a guide only. You should always consult the advice of a professional body when buying, selling, letting property or to discuss mortgages, surveyors and conveyancing.

Privacy and Security
Any personal details submitted are not published online but are kept on a secure database, which is available to the eyes of UK Property Web only. This confidential information is not passed on to any third party. Please see our privacy statement for further information. UK Property Web is registered under the Data Protection Act.

Cancellations and Refunds
If after submitting your details you decide not to proceed with your advertisement you are free to cancel you advertisement and a full refund will be given if we receive notification by email within 24 hours.

No refund of our advertising fees will be made for loss of service, temporary or permanent.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Limit of Liability
The maximum liability for any loss arising as a result of UK Property Web's negligence will be limited to the sum equal to the value of the advertising fee received.

Removal of Property Details
UK Property Web reserves the right to remove any properties after the 6 month advertising period has expired.

Vendors Responsibility

Advertising more than one property
This website has been designed purely for the use by homeowners who wish to buy and sell property privately. Our fees are charged per property. If more than one property is submitted using one option, UK Property Web reserves the right to remove the details without offering a refund. If you wish to advertise more than one property it is down to the discretion of the Company Management if a discount is offered.

Submitted Property Details
It is the responsibility of the property owner to submit property details, which are honest and accurate. UK Property Web reserves the right to remove any property details if they are believed to be incorrect. We recommend that you check your details thoroughly before submitting as any changes will have to be sent by email to UK Property Web and can take up to 3 days to appear.

Property Enquiries
On the reciept of a property enquiry it is the responsibility of the property owner to answer any questions or to contact the person to arrange a viewing if required. It is not part of the services provided by UK Property Web to act as an Estate Agent or to carry out any functions other than to publish your property details with UK Property Web and our partner websites.

Guarantees
Unfortunately we cannot offer any guarantees on selling your property privately but we promise to continue to do our utmost to broaden your opportunities.
