FAQ

Q. Does UKPW charge commission?

A. We will not charge you commission should you sell your property as a result of advertising your property with UK Property Web. We charge a one off fee at the time of you submitting your property details and photograph. For more information on our advertising fees please click here.

Q. Can I edit my advertisement once I have submitted my details?

A. Yes. You will have to email any changes to us. We will then make the changes to your advertisement with UK Property Web and then all our partner websites where your property is displayed to ensure there is no difference in pricing or description.

Q When does my advertisement appear on the website?

A. Once you have made your payment and submitted your description and photographs your advertisement will appear on UK Property Web immediately. Your property details will then be added to the partner websites within 2-3 days.

Q. I am already using an Estate Agent.

A. Any contracts you have with Estate Agents will not be affected should you wish to advertise your property for sale privately with UK Property Web. Even if you have agreed to a sole agency you will not have to pay them commission should you find your buyer privately.

Q. How long will my details remain on the website?

A. Your property details will remain with UK Property Web and partner websites for six months unless you request us to remove them because you have sold.

Q. How do potential buyers find my property?

A. UK Property Web is easily accessible via all the main search engines, e.g. Google, Yahoo etc. We also have links on over a 1000 property targeted websites and your property details are also listed with 5 other number one property websites.

Q Are my personal details secure?

A UK Property Web is registered under the Data Protection Act. We will not pass any of your personal details to any third parties.
