Just a note to say I have now exchanged on my flat with completion next friday - everything has been so smooth and I am so impressed at the response from the webiste. It took a long time due to market conditions but I had so much more interest from the website than I had from two estate agents - I had about 4 viewings from the agents over 7 months but had about 15 via the website adverts.
Next time I will certainly be using the website and not an agent. Thanks again.
