About UK Property Web

It is our aim to maintain and develop a large database of properties that homeowners want to sell privately throughout the UK. By advertising your property with UK Property Web your details will reach over 2 million buyers per month through our various publishing arrangements.

The service we offer is direct advertising over the internet via our own website and many other partner websites. Similar to the way you would advertise your property in your local paper, but advertising over the internet you are targeting thousands more people, listing a descriptive advertisement and photographs for a lot less money and for a longer period of time.

We do not charge commission on the sale of your property. There is a one off fixed fee, which is charged at the time of you submitting your property details. Your property details will then remain on the website for six months.

It is not our responsibility to sell your property, but to promote your property details so they reach the widest audience over the internet. To enable us to do this it is your responsibility to provide us with an accurate description of your property together with photographs. It is also down to you to handle any property enquiries, viewing appointments and negotiations that you receive as a result of advertising with us.

Once we have received payment your property details will appear on UK Property Web immediately. We will then add your property details to the other partner websites within 2-3 days.
